Shingles installed on a 3/12 pitch – solar company did not confirm if the proper underlayments were used to meet the roof specifications. There were also multiple misses, torn shingles and pull throughs, and an improper installation of wiring coming through the roof. Luckily this solar company skated this one because the homeowner was dormering and had to redesign the system, however, this solar should never have been approved for this roof mainly due to the pitch of the roof and not having the proper underlayments under it.
